We are constantly expanding our training base \u2013 more permanent locations are planned. We deliver training at the Client's premises all over Poland. We run health &amp; safety training for every type of organisation \u2013 companies, public offices, schools and other institutions. We train in small groups \u2013 up to 20 people \u2013 so that every Participant has time for exercises, questions and discussing situations from their own workplace. We adapt the programme to the job group and the specifics of the workplace: training for an office or a public office looks different from training for a production hall, warehouse or school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the course every Participant receives a personal certificate of completion. Individuals can book the training directly, and for companies, public offices and other organisations we prepare a dedicated offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Health &amp; safety induction training \u2013 general instruction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An employer may not allow an employee to work without health &amp; safety induction training. It consists of a general instruction, which introduces the basic regulations, rules and hazards in the workplace, and an on-the-job instruction at the specific workstation. Our 4-hour course covers the general instruction: the legal basis and employee obligations, hazards and occupational risk assessment, first aid basics, analysis of accidents at work, harmful factors, ergonomics and practical exercises on emergency procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online health &amp; safety training \u2013 induction training only<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can also run health &amp; safety induction training (general instruction) online. We run other health &amp; safety training in person \u2013 at your premises or at the Ratowacze training centre \u2013 because practical exercises, e.g. on evacuation or personal protective equipment, require on-site work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Periodic health &amp; safety training for employees, managers and employers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Periodic health &amp; safety training updates and consolidates employees' knowledge. We run it in person for all job groups \u2013 including administrative and office staff, manual workers, engineering and technical staff, as well as managers and employers. The frequency of periodic training is set by law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative and office staff \u2013 every 6 years.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Manual workers \u2013 every 3 years, and every year for particularly hazardous work.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Employers, managers and engineering and technical staff \u2013 every 5 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managers complete their first periodic training within 6 months of starting in that position, and other employees within 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Health &amp; safety training for teachers and schools<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In schools and nurseries, safety concerns not only the staff but also the children in their care. We adapt health &amp; safety training for teachers and educational staff to the specifics of the school \u2013 with a focus on responding to emergencies and first aid. Schools often combine it with <a href=\"https:\/\/ratowacze.pl\/en\/pierwsza-pomoc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">first aid training<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ratowacze.pl\/en\/ppoz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fire safety training<\/a> with evacuation drills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More than an obligation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our health &amp; safety training the presentation is just the background \u2013 we focus on practice, simulations and exercises with protective equipment.
