PSP R1 2021 backpack with Kramer splints and spine board<\/strong> is R1 emergency medical equipment in the KSRG 06.2021 version, which lets trained rescuers provide qualified first aid (KPP) at the scene. The equipment is packed in a Black Front GEN2 rescue backpack (63 \u00d7 42 \u00d7 34 cm) made of Polyplan-coated polyester \u2013 waterproof and easy to disinfect, with a light frame and foam. It has a main compartment (space for the cylinder, suction unit, collars, 2 pouches for active oxygen therapy, 4 pouches and a bag of hydrogel dressings), a side compartment with direct access to the regulator and detachable front flaps with another 4 pouches. Inside there are 10 colour-coded pouches with windows, YKK zips, reflective \u201cstar of life\u201d and \u201cR1\u201d emblems, shoulder straps and a hip belt. The R1 kit is intended for trained rescuers. Once the scene is secured, assess the casualty using the sequence: massive haemorrhage, airway, breathing, circulation, protection against hypothermia. Control bleeding, open the airway, give oxygen and immobilise injuries, and in cardiac arrest perform resuscitation and use an AED. Call or confirm the call for the emergency medical team on 112 \u2013 action taken by a bystander can decide whether the casualty survives. After the rescue, restock the items used.
