Wound simulation kit TRAUMAKIT EDU<\/strong> (code TKE4) is a multi-element kit for realistic injury simulations during courses. It is intended both for people starting to learn first aid and for Rescuers, medical staff and uniformed services.<\/p>\n

The core of the kit is wearable wound models with bleeding simulation: an open chest wound, an amputation, an open fracture, a lacerated wound and a gunshot wound to the hand. They are supplemented by adhesive wounds and moulage materials, which make it possible to reproduce a wide variety of injuries.<\/p>\n

The kit includes: 1 \u00d7 open chest wound model; 1 \u00d7 amputation model; 1 \u00d7 open fracture model; 1 \u00d7 lacerated wound model; 1 \u00d7 gunshot wound to the hand model; 4 \u00d7 gunshot wounds (adhesive); 20 \u00d7 various wounds and fractures (adhesive); 1 \u00d7 thickening powder (100 g); 1 \u00d7 artificial blood powder (40 g); 1 \u00d7 black plasma (60 ml); 1 \u00d7 spray bottle (200 ml); 1 \u00d7 body wax (40 g); 2 \u00d7 skin glue (30 ml); 3 \u00d7 artificial blood bags; 2 \u00d7 compressed training gauze; 8 \u00d7 spatulas (4 wooden, 4 plastic); 1 \u00d7 pair of nitrile gloves and a transport case. Wound simulation kit TRAUMAKIT EDU<\/strong> combines five wearable wound models with adhesive wounds and moulage materials.<\/p>\n

Why is the wound simulation kit TRAUMAKIT EDU well suited to training?<\/h2>\n

The kit allows you to run scenarios in which a Participant practises assessing injuries and taking action in life-threatening situations. Five different wound models, from a chest wound to an amputation, provide material for several different situations in a single set. Wound simulation kit TRAUMAKIT EDU<\/strong> is carried in a case measuring 45 \u00d7 27 \u00d7 24 cm, and the kit weighs 3.7 kg.<\/p>\n

Adhesive wounds and moulage materials let you change the appearance of the injuries between exercises, and the artificial blood bags, spray bottle and compressed training gauze are included in the kit. This makes the course more engaging and closer to real conditions. First aid principles practised with the wounds from the kit<\/h2>\n

It is worth starting a wound scenario with what applies in a real incident: first your own safety and that of your surroundings, then calling for help on 999 or 112. In massive bleeding, the basis is direct pressure on the wound, and when bleeding from a limb is life-threatening, a tourniquet is used. <\/p>\n
