TRAUMA KIT Philips FRx defibrillator<\/strong> is a rescue kit built around the Philips FRx AED defibrillator with a paediatric key. It is complemented by two TRAUMA KIT modules: Bleeding, used for stopping bleeding, and CPR\/Personal protection, which protects the person giving help. The kit is available in orange and green variants.<\/p>\n

The Philips FRx guides the user with visual and voice instructions and automatically adjusts the pace of actions, so it can also be used by a person without medical training. The device weighs 1.6 kg and has an IP55 protection rating (dust and water). In tests it withstood a half-tonne load and a drop from a height of 1.22 m.<\/p>\n

The kit is intended for services that attend call-outs or secure events, as well as for companies, public offices and schools that want to have an AED and bleeding equipment in one case. In this kit, the AED with a paediatric key is combined with the Bleeding module, designed for precise stopping of bleeding, so you have both types of help prepared together. Rules for using an AED and giving help in case of bleeding<\/h2>\n

Always start with your own safety and the safety of the scene, then call for help on 999 or 112. If the casualty is unconscious and not breathing normally, start chest compressions and use the AED as soon as possible, following the device's voice commands. Action taken by a bystander can decide whether the casualty survives.<\/p>\n
