TRAUMA KIT stretcher modular first aid kit<\/strong> is a compact module for evacuating a casualty. Inside there is an ultralight fabric stretcher and two NRC foils (thermal blankets). The stretcher is made of Ripstop 300D fabric, with edging and handles made of 2 cm wide polyester ripstop tape.<\/p>\n

The module comes with the stretcher in three colours: orange, navy and green. The orange version also includes an instruction leaflet, and everything is packed in Oxford fabric packaging. <\/p>\n

The set is intended for companies, public offices, schools, organisers of mass events and expeditions, and for anyone who wants to be able to transport a casualty. TRAUMA KIT stretcher modular first aid kit<\/strong> contains two NRC foils, which are used to protect the casualty from heat loss.<\/p>\n

TRAUMA KIT stretcher modular first aid kit<\/strong> combines in one module two items needed for evacuation: a stretcher for carrying the casualty and NRC foils for protection from heat loss. The stretcher measures 190 x 71 cm in all colour versions and has handles made of 2 cm wide polyester ripstop tape.<\/p>\n

Practical use of the stretcher and NRC foils<\/h2>\n

Before taking any action, make sure the scene is safe and call for help on 999 or 112. A casualty is moved on a stretcher only when the situation requires it, e.g. when there is a danger at the scene. In the case of massive bleeding, first apply direct pressure, and for life-threatening bleeding from a limb, a tourniquet. The stretcher does not replace these actions.<\/p>\n

It is worth involving several helpers to carry the casualty. NRC foils are single-use and are used to cover the casualty.
