2 x T3 and wound packing trainer set<\/strong> is used for courses on controlling massive bleeding. It consists of two wound filling \/ packing trainers and two trainers for applying a T3 (Train the Tourniquet) tourniquet in size L, and everything fits in a single case.<\/p>\n

The set includes: 2 pcs T3 tourniquet application trainer, size L (dimensions 70 x 11.5 cm), 2 pcs wound filling \/ packing trainer and 1 pc case for the T3 trainer (dimensions 52 x 22 cm). The case is made of oxford fabric and is intended for storage and transport of the set.<\/p>\n

The trainers make it possible to practise applying tactical tourniquets within TC3 (TCCC \u2013 Tactical Combat Casualty Care) and controlling bleeding. They can be used by Medical Rescuers, medical staff, firefighters, police officers, security staff and first aid instructors. 2 x T3 and wound packing trainer set<\/strong> covers exercises in applying a T3 tourniquet and in wound filling.<\/p>\n

Rules for practising massive bleeding control on trainers<\/h2>\n

It is worth basing the exercise scenario on the correct order of actions: first assess safety, then call for help on 999 or 112. For massive bleeding, direct pressure is used, and a tourniquet is applied when life-threatening bleeding from a limb occurs. On the T3 trainer the Trainee practises exactly this stage, and on the wound packing trainer \u2013 controlling bleeding by packing the wound.<\/p>\n
