Laerdal Airway Lubricant 180 ml<\/strong> is a glycerol-based lubricant for manikin airways, supplied as a spray. It is a moistening substance that makes it easier to insert intubation devices into training manikins.<\/p>\n

The product works with: Laerdal ALS Baby, Laerdal Airway Management Trainer, SimMan, the Resusci Anne Advanced SkillTrainer manikin with the SimPad device, Resusci Anne Q-CPR\/D training system (discontinued model), Laerdal Infant Airway Management Trainer, Laerdal Neonatal Intubation Trainer, Resusci Anne QCPR, Resusci Baby QCPR and Resusci Anne Simulator with SimPad.<\/p>\n

The capacity is 180 ml and the composition is glycerol and water. Laerdal Airway Lubricant 180 ml<\/strong> has a composition limited to glycerol and water.<\/p>\n

What is Laerdal Airway Lubricant 180 ml used for?<\/h2>\n

The lubricant is intended solely for practice on manikins. It moistens the devices used for intubation, so they are easier to insert into the manikin's airway. The spray form makes application quick and convenient.<\/p>\n

Laerdal Airway Lubricant 180 ml<\/strong> is not intended for use on people. If accidentally swallowed, it may cause stomach pain, nausea and vomiting, so keep it away from people who might use it contrary to its intended purpose.<\/p>\n

Rules for using and storing manikin lubricant<\/h2>\n

The lubricant is not applied directly to the Manikin Airway. Each time, apply it to the devices used for intubation, and only then insert them into the manikin's airway. Guidance on inserting devices with the lubricant can be found in the user manual supplied with each manikin. Store the product in a dry, cool, tightly closed place.<\/p>\n
