DPO outsourcing and GDPR consultations for companies and public offices
We help data controllers – companies, public offices, schools and other organisations – meet GDPR requirements in practice. We offer two forms of support: DPO outsourcing, i.e. entrusting us with the function of Data Protection Officer, and GDPR consultations for ad hoc issues. Our specialists work on data protection in large organisations every day.
GDPR consultations and advice
Consultations are the right choice when you need help with a specific matter: an opinion on a data protection policy, procedures or a data processing agreement, preparing information clauses, consents or records of processing activities, carrying out an audit or a data protection impact assessment (DPIA). We usually work remotely, and when the matter requires a meeting – we come to you.
Handling GDPR breaches and contact with UODO
In the event of a personal data breach we coordinate the response: we document the breach, recommend remedial action, coordinate the notification of the breach to the supervisory authority and – where required – to the data subjects, and prepare crisis communication. We also support you in relations with UODO: we prepare letters, help during inspections and respond to complaints.
DPO outsourcing – an external Data Protection Officer
An external DPO monitors compliance with the regulations in your organisation: gives day-to-day advice, carries out compliance audits, trains employees – periodically and ad hoc – reviews projects, agreements and documentation, and cooperates with the supervisory authority. We agree the form of cooperation with the Client: regular visits, duty hours according to a schedule, participation in meetings or remote contact. You will also find training for employees in our offer of GDPR training and cyber security.
