Event medical cover – Kraków and the surrounding area
We provide event medical cover for mass and non-mass events, sports events, concerts and picnics. On-site duty is provided by certified Rescuers with KPP (Qualified First Aid) qualifications, experienced in working in crowds and under stress. We work in line with the guidelines for Qualified First Aid and have third-party liability insurance.
What does event medical cover look like?
- Fixed first aid points – marked tents or first aid stations.
- Mobile foot patrols with rescue backpacks and bags and radio communication.
- Prevention points – blood pressure checks for Participants.
- Equipment: rescue kits to at least the R1 standard, bleeding control equipment, hydrogel dressings, SPLINT splints, AED defibrillators and LifeVac devices at every station and on every patrol, oxygen therapy equipment.
Before the event we analyse the site plan and the specifics of the event to choose the number of Rescuers and the equipment, and we register our cover with the local services if the nature of the event requires it. We have our own radio communication system, which also works without mobile network coverage.
Medical cover for mass and non-mass events
We always agree the scope of cover and the number of Rescuers and equipment with the organiser – based on the number of Participants, the type of event, and the number of days and hours. We work with private organisers, companies, municipalities and other institutions. At events for residents, medical cover goes well together with a first aid zone or outdoor workshops.

When is an event a mass event?
Under the Polish Act on the Safety of Mass Events, a mass event is, among others, an artistic, entertainment or sports event with at least 1,000 places at a stadium or in an open area, or at least 300 in a hall or building.
What qualifications do your Rescuers have?
On-duty staff at events are certified Rescuers with current KPP qualifications.
Do you provide cover for non-mass events?
Yes – we also cover picnics, sports events and corporate events, whatever their size.
How is the cost determined?
Individually – based on a risk analysis, the number of Participants, the duration and the type of event.
