Why a Burnshield large hydrogel dressing kit?
Hydrogel is applied to the burn straight after the accident. Its purpose is to cool the skin, protect it against infection and limit the extent of damage to deeper tissues. The semi-liquid formula spreads easily over the burnt area, and the gel itself is gentle on the skin and easy to remove from the wound. It can also be used on children. Burnshield large hydrogel dressing kit fits in a nylon bag measuring 54 x 12 x 39.5 cm.
The kit covers thermal burns, sun burns and burns caused by corrosive chemicals, as well as superficial wounds: abrasions, scratches and cuts. The different dressing sizes and the finger and limb versions allow you to match the material to the site of injury. You can find individual compresses in the Hydrogel compresses. Burnshield large hydrogel dressing kit includes 125 ml hydrogel spray and 1 l hydrogel packs.
