The Aivia 300 Alarm 4G AED cabinet (Aivia) is an AED defibrillator cabinet for indoor use. It consists of two parts: a polycarbonate cover (door) with a UV filter and an ABS body – lightweight, impact-resistant materials. On the front there is an AED symbol, opening instructions and a simplified chain of survival graphic, and the AED symbol is also on both sides, so the cabinet is easy to spot.
Aivia 300 features: audible and visual alarm on opening, night lighting, 3G/4G communication with the AIVI@NET network for AED monitoring. When the door is opened, flashing red lights and an audible signal are activated, and in low light the cabinet is indicated by a flashing white light. Thanks to its 3G/4G connection the cabinet communicates with the AIVI@NET network, which is used for AED monitoring – see AED monitoring (subscriptions). Optionally it can be fitted with a camera that photographs the people who open the cabinet.
The cabinet measures approx. 42.3 × 38.8 × 20 cm. Power: 24 V (230/24 V power supply sold separately). Included are an elastic strap to secure the AED inside and paper seals that show whether the cabinet has been opened. The Aivia 300 Alarm 4G AED cabinet works well in an office, school or public building.
Why the Aivia 300 Alarm 4G AED cabinet?
Remote monitoring lets you know at all times whether the cabinet has been opened and whether the AED is in place – without daily checks. The Aivia 300 Alarm 4G AED cabinet has a transparent door through which the AED readiness indicator can be seen.
Other Aivia models are Aivia 100, Aivia 200, Aivia 210, Aivia 220, Aivia 230. You will find all cabinets in the category indoor AED cabinets.
An AED ready at all times
A defibrillator only helps if it works and can be reached quickly. Appoint a person to regularly check the readiness indicator and the expiry dates of the battery and electrodes. When someone is unresponsive and not breathing normally, call 112, start chest compressions and ask for an AED to be brought – action taken by a bystander can decide whether the casualty survives.
