Ratowacze – safety specialists
We are a Team of enthusiasts who will take care of your safety: Rescuers, First aid instructors, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, GDPR and Cyber Security Specialists. We will teach you safe habits in both the real and the virtual world and help you focus on prevention, while giving you the most important skill of all: saving lives.
Our training is practical, especially our first aid courses – in groups of up to 20 people, with at least two Instructors whenever there are more than 12 Participants – using manikins, trainers and training defibrillators, in line with the current guidelines of the European Resuscitation Council. We do not run first aid courses online: saving lives has to be learned through practice.

I approach safety holistically, starting with the most important part – teaching how to save lives – all the way to digital security and personal data protection. As a safety expert, I look at it comprehensively, notice details that are often overlooked and intuitively connect the threads into a coherent picture of an organisation's safety. I gained my experience in public administration, in the business sector and in services responsible for public safety.
I help organisations build and nurture a safety culture whose solid foundation is, above all, employees' safe habits. I treat every project individually and base it on a thorough analysis of the Client's needs.
I pursue my passion during first aid training – teaching the most important skill of all – saving human lives. In line with our training motto, I will teach you both to stop massive bleeding and to prevent data leaks in your Company.
In my free time I retreat to a mountain forest, enjoying the benefits of nature and admiring the landscapes.

First aid is not only my passion but a way of life. As a trainer, I believe that life-saving knowledge should be passed on with humour and in an open, friendly atmosphere – because that is when it is easiest to break down barriers and really learn.
My other passion is mountain travel – combining activity with a pinch of adrenaline. I also love experimenting in the kitchen, discovering new flavours and creating unusual combinations. Trying new things, both in life and on the plate, gives me great satisfaction. For me nothing is impossible – there are only things I have not tried yet.
I treat every day as a chance to gain new experiences, push my own limits and inspire others to act.

Day to day I coordinate our training, take care of organisational and technical matters and contact with Clients, and I also run the Ratowacze online shop. I enjoy working with people, so I get great satisfaction from creating a place that supports learning and sharing experience, from meeting new people and building valuable relationships. Positive energy, faith in people and a good attitude are values that matter to me both at work and in everyday life.
Apart from coordinating our training, it is also very important to me to take an active part in running it, especially during practical classes. I believe that the ability to save a human life is one of the most valuable things we can pass on to another person. That is why I take part in training with full commitment, believing that a practical approach, a good atmosphere and open communication make the knowledge stay with Participants for a long time and give them confidence to act in life-threatening situations.
In private I love creating my own green space full of plants and good energy, which lets me relax and gather my thoughts. I also spend time with my animal crew — three cats and a dog — I enjoy watching good films, and from time to time I relax by going fishing. My favourite fishing method is spinning.

We hold the Małopolska Standard of Educational and Training Services (MSUES) Certificate, awarded after a positive external audit. We have received references from, among others, universities, municipalities, district offices, schools and manufacturing companies – you will find the documents above.
What we do

We train at our centres in Kraków, Niepołomice and Kielce. We are constantly expanding our training base – more permanent locations are planned. We train at Clients' premises all over Poland.

Who are Ratowacze?

Are your first aid instructors qualified rescuers?
Yes – the members of our Team presented above are rescuers and first aid instructors who run training every day.
Do you run first aid courses online?
No – life-saving skills have to be practised hands-on. Online we run GDPR and cyber security training and induction health & safety training.
Where do you run your training?
At our centres in Kraków, Niepołomice and Kielce, and at the Client's premises all over Poland.
Can the training be funded from subsidies?
Yes – our training is available in the Development Services Database (BUR). Let us know before you sign up and we will help with the formalities.
